Mostly just having fun.

I first got into photography with a film camera from my mum, developing the photos myself in a darkroom. The slow and hands-on process taught me to pause and look closer, which is a mindset I still bring to my work today. I focus on capturing how something feels, not just how it looks, and I love knowing that what I create can hold meaning for someone else. As the founder and lead creative behind Newfound, I’ve shaped it with that same curiosity, care, and intention.

From magazine features to billboards, my work spans multiple industries: weddings, branding, real estate, and more. My approach is laid-back yet thoughtful, allowing me to document the truth of a space, a couple, or a brand. I’m drawn to genuine connections, and my photography reflects that — a mix of beauty, emotion, and creativity. Every project is personal, whether it’s a candid wedding shot or a creative branding campaign.

Growing up on a farm gave me an eye for detail and a deep appreciation for natural beauty. From agency work to creative storytelling, I’m passionate about wellness, connection, and capturing moments with care and intention.

My recent work includes the National Skateboarding Champs in Mount Maunganui, where I bring a raw, expressive edge to my lens.
